How to Place Your Custom Bag Order

Step 1: Send Your Inquiry

To get started, simply send us an inquiry by email at scarlett@changlinbag.com. Please provide us with a rough idea of your desired custom bag, including:

Material preferences

Bag size

Order quantity

Logo display requirements

If possible, attach an example image to help us better understand your vision. The more details you share, the more accurate our quote will be.

Step 2: Receive a Quote

Once we have your requirements, we’ll send you a competitive quote. If the quote meets your approval, we’ll move forward to the next step—sample production.

Step 3: Sample Creation

For first-time orders, the typical sample fee is $50 USD (excluding mold and delivery fees). After our team prepares the sample, we’ll send you pictures for your review. If you’re satisfied with the sample, we’ll ship it to you. We typically offer 2-3 rounds of free sample revisions to ensure the design is perfect.

Step 4: Confirm Your Order

Once you approve the final sample, Please send us a Purchase Order (PO) to place the order formally. We will send back a Proforma Invoice (PI) with a require of 30% deposit on it, to start production.

Step 5: Production & Quality Control

Upon receipt of the deposit, we’ll purchase the necessary materials and begin production. We pride ourselves on our stringent quality control processes at every stage of production, including:
